Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance and Janitorial team member. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous maintenance and janitorial experience is preferred.

Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Duties

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms and common areas Assist with industrial cleaning duties as needed Support facilities maintenance by performing any repairs or maintenance needs Follow safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning chemicals and equipment Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized

Qualifications

Previous maintenance and janitorial experience is highly desirable Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
