As the Environmental Service Director, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:



Performing all required preventive maintenance tasks according to these schedules Making regular QA rounds of all building areas to observe cleanliness, safety, and working conditions Assigning daily duties to Environmental Services staff, supervises performance, and maintain an adequate inventory maintenance supplies Follow safety policies and use safe work practices

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 1 year of Maintenance experience 1 year Management experience Ability to read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations Ability to be on-call to handle issues that arise at the facility * Ability to remain stationary 50-100%; position self to exert 10-30lbs of force or to move objects
