Dashir is looking to hire a full-time, first shift maintenance/custodian and grounds person to help carry out daily facility maintenance, grounds care, and custodial tasks with us at the Hubbard-Radcliffe Community School District.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the school's facilities and equipment are in optimal condition. Your duties will include routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance to support a well maintained, safe, and functional environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities

Grounds maintenance Facility maintenance tasks Preventative maintenance Snow removal Cooperate with the rest of the staff Assist with set up and take down for school events Assist with cleaning as assigned

Qualifications

Reliable Self-motivated Detail oriented Excellent problem solving skills Ability to learn applicable technology for automated systems, managing tasks, and communication Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills
