We are currently hiring a full-time Maintenance worker.
The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
The Maintenance Tech has the ability to work independently The Maintenance Tech has the willingness to be flexible, in order to meet needs of our residents and the willingness to learn. ability to support the team by working in a cohesive team-oriented manner and multi-task The Maintenance Tech will have the ability to work in a detail-oriented manner The Maintenance Tech has the basic knowledge of preventative building maintenance services, painting, plumbing, groundskeeping knowledge of HVAC helpful * Ability to problem-solve in a manner that benefits the care being provided to our residents
