We are looking for an Independent Maintenance Worker, to perform a wide range of maintenance/repair work on rental properties in Central Wisconsin and surrounding areas. You must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a smart phone.

Wage based on experience and will increase, based on your reliability, work ethic, attitude, and abilities.

Requirements:
-2+ years of building/remodeling experience covering all facets of home repair and maintenance.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
-Able to consistently meet deadlines.
-Good problem solving skills.
-Able to work independently when required, with little supervision.
-Ability to maintain electronic worksheets and documents
Possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a smart phone.
-Starting wage $15 or more depending on experience.
