Job Description
General Description:
Under general supervision, is responsible for leading and participating in a variety of tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, masonry and general mechanical repair work. This job class is the lead level class in the SS Building Maintenance Worker sub-series.
Minimum Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience equivalent to three years of full-time increasingly skilled labor and trade work including, at least, two years in building maintenance work. Prefer certification in the building maintenance job skills Must possess a valid driver's license.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $24.44 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
