We are looking for a Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with electrical and plumbing systems as well as knowledge of ventilating systems, plumbing and HVAC. An effective maintenance staff ensures the smooth operation of our facilities, so we're looking for committed employees who can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues in support of the company's field service department and other operations.
Responsibilities:
Read and understand clearly written electrical, plumbing, and mechanical diagrams and schematics.
Perform routine maintenance activities on machines or equipment.
Install, remove, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, switches, or controls.
Install or repair heating, ventilating, or air conditioning systems.
Install electrical wiring or equipment in all types of buildings.
Be under constant pressure to finish tasks quickly.
Know the basic concepts of electricity and plumbing systems.

Pay: $1,850.00 - $2,000.00 per month
