Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building. Conduct repairs Operate tools and equipment. Assist with painting projects and other facility upgrades to enhance the appearance and functionality of the premises. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, delivering excellent service. Follow safety procedures diligently. Routine maintenance on exterior of building Learn water shut-off procedure Basic handyman experience Take direction from maintenance manager for daily tasks Assist in daily, weekly and monthly projects Willingness to show up on scheduled days and perform job as required Able to lift 50lbs, be on your feet throughout shift, endurance for job requirements, climb ladder, pressure wash, assist in ac drip line repairs Sweep, mop, remove trash and keep a clean work environment Have proper etiquette with owners and guests

Skills

Strong maintenance or handyman skills Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English across diverse teams.
