Located in Temple Valley, at the base of Oahu\xe2\x80\x99s beautiful Ko\xe2\x80\x99olau Mountain Range, lies this 362 unit townhouse development. Hokuloa is known for its natural beauty, but it\xe2\x80\x99s the people and workers that make this association the best place to live or work on the island! What we are hiring for: Residential Property Maintenance Technician Qualifications: Full-time Maintenance Technician for Residential Property

• Resolve and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Pick up trash from designated waste areas and remove from property
• Respond to requests and provide exceptional customer service to our residents
• Must be able to use a smartphone, email, text, and complete electronic orders
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must have a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license

Troubleshooting and making routine repairs in the following areas:

• Painting
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Minor carpentry
• Pool maintenance
• Landscaping
• Other building maintenance items as needed

Experience and Compensation

• Minimum 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar position
• Compensation based on your experience
