Job Description

RdF Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Worker for our manufacturing facility in Hudson, NH.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Worker:

Maintaining grounds including trimming, edging, mowing, tree removal, shoveling, plowing, clearing walkways. Machinery and equipment preventive maintenance and repair. Building maintenance including general carpentry- wall construction, painting, flooring. Property maintenance of residential units. Responsible for other miscellaneous projects as required by management.

Requirements of Maintenance Worker:

Hands-on experience with HVAC required. Electrical and plumbing knowledge preferred. Must be able to travel between multiple locations in southern New Hampshire and greater Boston area. Must have a valid driver's license. This position involves physical labor. Applicants must be able to pass a drug test and physical. Successful candidates are flexible, energetic team-players with a can-do attitude.
Position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with benefits after 90 days.
Desirable 9/80 shift with alternating Fridays off.
