We're looking for a reliable individual to help us keep our building properly maintained. Maintenance Persons are responsible for implementing necessary repairs and helping with system upgrades, and must be able to accurately evaluate any potential problems.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and outdoor jobs.
- Complete work orders and document maintenance activities.
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of appliances.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Must pass background check

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
