Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and safety of our facilities through regular maintenance and repairs. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks on various systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Conduct residential painting and ensure aesthetic upkeep of facilities. Utilize logic controllers and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Operate tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics. Execute welding tasks as needed for repairs or installations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to ensure all maintenance projects are completed efficiently.

Experience

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair techniques. Experience in residential painting is a plus. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities. Prior experience using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters is advantageous.
