Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility through effective maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong repair knowledge.

Duties

Addressing minor repairs: electrical, plumbing, repairing drywall, doors and fixtures

Regularly inspect facilities, equipment, and systems to identify potential issues or areas needing repair or maintenance.

Maintaining and repairing machinery, mechanical equipment, and building systems.

Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and implementing necessary corrective measures.

Tracking and ordering necessary supplies and materials for maintenance and repairs.

Keeping records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.

Working with other personnel, contractors, and facility managers to address issues and ensure smooth operations.

Outdoor groundskeeping.

Knowledge of general maintenance duties not listed

Requirements

Proven experience in a maintenance role. Experience in residential basic repair work. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirements.
