Maintenance Tech / Painter:
Full-time position dedicated largely to surface upkeep -- painting stairwells, pipes, metal railings, doors, etc.
Also performs minor repairs (light plumbing, patching, fixture replacements)
Works continuously on repainting cycles -- similar to the Golden Gate Bridge analogy -- to combat corrosion from the sea air
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
