Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Looking for a Maintenance Technician for a fast growing apartment operation. Initial compensation is based upon past experience, however there\'s opportunity to expand both responsibility and compensation as we continue to grow. This position has the flexibility to set your schedule. No on call, no holidays, and no weekends (unless it\'s what you prefer). Needing someone for general apartment turns and apartment work orders. Must have reliable transportation, valid drivers license and a minimum of 2 years maintenance experience. None of our properties are student properties. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 per week Schedule:
