Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Repairs:

• Perform routine machinery maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and fix electrical (110V, 220V, 480V), hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Implement preventive maintenance.

Emergency Response:

• Address equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
• Identify and apply effective solutions.

Documentation:

• Keep precise maintenance records.
• Generate reports for Supervisors.

Safety Compliance:

• Follow safety protocols.
• Report hazards.

Collaboration:

• Work with production teams to optimize equipment.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors.

Continuous Improvement:

• Suggest process enhancements.
• Stay updated on industry practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven Industrial Maintenance experience.
• Proficient in electrical systems (110V, 220V, 480V).
• strong hydraulic and pneumatic system knowledge.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Self-starter with teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to safety.
• Available for the second shift.

Reporting:

• Report to Maintenance Supervisor and Plant Manager.
