Schedule:
Sunday to Thursday, 11am to 7pm.Berkshire Nursing Center
is seeking experienced handyman/maintenance assistant. We are seeking for qualified candidates with experience in carpentry, flooring installation and plumbing. Must have previous experience doing light electrical work and HVAC repairs. Duties and Responsibilities:Perform maintenance and light repairs Paint and fill gaps. Carpentry skills (installation/finish work) Repair equipment or appliances Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs Identify and report maintenance issues * Ability to work effectively individually and as a team member.
