- Build Alliance brand loyalty by striving to ensure resident interaction is positive.
- Demonstrate Outstanding communication skills
- Maintain all documentation for each property
- Preserve the professional appearance and safety of our community through upkeep and cleanliness, and general maintenance.
- Complete all service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and manage maintenance shop, inventory, and tools
- Prepare all vacant apartments for move in through turn over repairs and improvements
- Manage all service requests at the property for priority, compliance, and safety occurrences
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners
- Preform regular interior and exterior building inspections
- Follow and adhere to all Fair Housing Laws
- Manage vendor relationships for our properties
- Work with the Maintenance Support Partner to implement Maintenance Best Practices
- Lead by example through our Alliance core values of integrity, perseverance, enthusiasm, and collaboration
