Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and electrical systems. Utilize schematics to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions. Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring quality work while adhering to safety standards. Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Conduct residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal of facilities.

Experience

Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical knowledge base. Proficiency in electrical systems and the use of an ohmmeter for diagnostics. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams or projects. Familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred.
