Maintenance Technician

to join our Production team and support the overall upkeep and functionality of our warehouse facility.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the condition of the warehouse, performing routine inspections, conducting repairs, and responding to maintenance needs as they arise. This position is ideal for someone with electrical knowledge and experience in carpentry and mechanical repair. The ideal candidate can prioritize tasks, work independently, and ensure equipment and facilities remain safe and operational at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs within the warehouse. Perform electrical repairs as needed. Complete basic carpentry tasks including door, window, and fixture repairs. Maintain and repair equipment and machinery. Manage inventory of maintenance tools and supplies. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from warehouse staff. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

Competencies:

Basic knowledge of electrical engineering Experience with carpentry and mechanical repair Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Licenses/Certifications:

None required

Physical Requirements

Frequent climbing, kneeling, bending, standing, and walking Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Work primarily in an indoor warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Must follow all safety protocols and utilize required PPE
