We are on the search for an hourly

Maintenance Technician

for our growing US office and manufacturing facility located in

Suwanee, GA

.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

General Maintenance experience Reading and interpreting drawings and written instructions Perform Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning equipment in the manufacturing process. Suggest and execute countermeasures to repair or prevent future downtime when possible. Capable of using most measuring instruments Work closely with Maintenance Manager and Safety Manager to assist in auditing equipment Participate in Continuous Improvement activities as needed Fork Truck driving, use of scissor lifts and boom lifts is required; experience is recommended Modifying of equipment, carts, tools, or anything pertaining to manufacturing as needed Assisting the Maintenance manager on a as needed basis which includes but not limited to Preventative Maintenance activities General clean-up activities Must be able to read and speak English Maintain proper documentation of work (Work orders, PM check sheets, Usage of parts) Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a regular basis and lift 50 pounds on occasion Must be available for Monday through Friday shift work and overtime as needed Machining and welding experience is a plus Other duties as assigned
