Maintenance Technician

to help us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and staff.

What You'll Do:

Assist with routine maintenance and repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.) Perform daily inspections and upkeep of facility grounds and equipment Respond quickly to maintenance requests to ensure resident comfort and safety Support the Maintenance Director with larger projects and preventative maintenance tasks

What We're Looking For:

Prior experience in a maintenance, repair, or facility support role preferred Basic knowledge of building systems and general repairs Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compassion and respect for working in a healthcare setting
