Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This role is essential for maintaining our high level of customer service as well as the cleanliness and marketability of the communities. Be part of a talented maintenance team that takes pride in serving our residents. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years previous maintenance experience in the multi-family industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with the General Manager and Owner in managing all activities
Initiate, perform and oversee maintenance projects
Fulfill resident repair requests as needed, including but not limited to light plumbing, drywall, electrical, lock changes, light maintenance, heating, air conditioning, appliance repair, landscaping, pool maintenance and snow removal
Apartment Turnovers
Must be a "hands on" maintenance person
Participate in after hours on call rotation
