Job Description

:

Primary Function: To perform maintenance on production related equipment as well as facility structures to ensure poultry processing requirements are met.

Machinery troubleshooting and repair of:

Hydraulics Pneumatics Low and High Voltage Control Power Mayekawa Leg Deboners Foodcraft LP1 Machines Marel Sorters CVP and Corrvac Vacuum machines Scales and Distribution Belts Blade Sharpening

Technician Experience Required:

Competently rebuild motors, change cutterheads and cutter motor in a reasonable amount of time Be able to rebuild any top drive mechanism Be able to manage any repair or rebuild independently other than PLC repairs Be a team player Be reliable, punctual, and flexible-must be able to work weekends Have your own tools Welding is a plus
Preferred Skill Levels and Work Experience: 3+ year's experience needed
