, guest care and comfort are our top priorities. We are hiring a

Maintenance Technician

who is organized, reliable, and dedicated to service.

This position is flexible and scheduled according to hotel needs, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Repairs & Maintenance -

Perform troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems; handle general repairs (drywall, painting, doors, locks, fixtures).

Preventive Care -

Execute routine maintenance programs in line with brand standards; inspect and identify equipment in need of repair.

Collaboration -

Respond promptly to work orders and coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office teams.

Facilities Upkeep -

Maintain building exterior (snow removal, lawn care, painting); ensure cleanliness of facilities and exterior areas.

Compliance & Records -

Keep accurate maintenance logs; ensure OSHA safety compliance; support technical projects as directed.

Requirements:

Qualifications

Previous maintenance, engineering, or building repair experience preferred (hotel or apartment setting a plus) Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail, reliability, and time management Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks Friendly, professional demeanor with guests and staff Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related programs Reliable transportation * Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
