We are looking for a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and optimal performance of our equipment. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics to troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and implement improvements. Your contributions will directly impact our operational efficiency and overall success.
Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair machinery malfunctions using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Maintain and service a variety of equipment, including motors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and production machines.
Prepare and commission new machines for operation, ensuring they meet established standards.
Conduct regular technical testing to verify equipment safety and operational effectiveness.
Analyze machine operation data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Implement solutions to minimize machine downtime and enhance overall reliability.
Document work orders and maintenance activities using a CMMS to maintain accurate equipment records.

Associate degree in a related technical field and 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in using computers for parts searches and CMMS data entry.
Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, and demonstrate manual dexterity for extended periods.
