The maintenance technician is responsible for the following duties, but not limited to:
Make Ready
Appliance Repair
Plumbing
Light Electrical
Drywall/Painting
HVAC
Grounds maintenance
Handyman/Handywoman qualities
Must have dependable transportation
Team player
Ability to troubleshoot
The maintenance technician will need to have excellent time management skills and organization.
