We are hiring for a
Maintenance Technician
to join our team.Requirements:
General handyman experience Experience in asphalt patching Experience in Sheetrock and Spackling Ability to operate cleaning equipment (floor machines and extractors) Knowledge in cleaning/janitorial is a plus Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to communicate verbally and via email Work order system knowledge a plus Must be able to problem - solve Must have a strong foundation in core engineering tools Must be able to communicate clearly Must be a team player Must be able to prepare reports at the end of the shift, if needed
Benefits:
Full-Time
Pay: $24.99 / hour
Schedule Day Shift: Monday - Friday
