We are seeking a

full-time Maintenance Technician

to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the upkeep, safety, and smooth operation of our managed properties. The Maintenance Technician will handle a variety of building repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turnover work, while maintaining clear communication with our management team and residents.

Daily responsibilities include:

Reviewing and completing assigned work orders through AppFolio Performing general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related systems Supporting unit turnovers (painting, drywall, flooring, fixture replacement) Conducting preventive maintenance and routine inspections Coordinating with vendors and assisting with move-in/move-out inspections Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
This is a

hands-on field role

ideal for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys working independently within a small, professional team.

Qualifications

General maintenance or handyman experience (multifamily or residential preferred) Strong communication and time management skills Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and basic tool set Ability to work independently and professionally represent the company Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio preferred) Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM availability, with occasional on-call coverage
Pay: $24.77 - $29.83 per hour

Experience:

Maintenance Technician: 4 years (Preferred) General maintenance or handyman: 2 years (Preferred) multifamily and residential : 3 years (Preferred)
