Position Summary:
We are seeking a dependable, skilled
Maintenance Technician
to join our team Part time to start then full time once properties are up and running at Alliance Asset Management, Peterborough, NH. This individual will be responsible for performing general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the property to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for all residents. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance, be proactive in identifying issues, and able to work independently and as part of a team.Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments, buildings, and grounds Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Complete tasks including but not limited to: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall repair, appliance repair, and painting Prepare units for new tenants, including cleaning, patching, painting, and basic repairs ("turnover work") Maintain common areas and mechanical rooms Identify and report safety or structural issues to the Property Manager Maintain accurate records of work performed and supplies used Ensure compliance with safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
