As a Maintenance Technician/Custodian, you will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities through your expertise in mechanical knowledge and facilities maintenance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: shall include but is not limited to the following:

Maintenance of building and grounds of school facilities to meet all required standards Basic construction tasks involving carpentry, dry wall, and plumbing skills Repair of damaged areas of school and residential facilities Proper care and storage of tools and equipment Adherence to prescribed safety standards Other duties deemed necessary by the LMT to ensure quality shelter and comfort for the students

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Skills in basic construction and maintenance procedures good driving record preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal standards

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
