Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance person responsible for ensuring the proper operation, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our hotel facilities. This role involves performing routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to uphold high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, leadership qualities, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Duties

Conduct regular inspections of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems to identify issues before they impact operations. Perform repairs and maintenance tasks including electrical wiring, plumbing fixes, carpentry, and residential painting to maintain hotel standards. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using facilities management systems. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct safety audits regularly. Provide leadership during shift operations to ensure timely completion of tasks. Support customer service initiatives by addressing guest repair requests promptly and professionally.
Qualifications

Experience in facilities maintenance. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and vendors. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces. Knowledge of safety protocols related to facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
