Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician

to support the day to day operations of our commercial properties. This role is hands on, fast paced, and requires someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with tenants, and can diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.

This position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who is dependable, service oriented, and looking for consistent part time work with a stable company.

Required Experience and Skills

Applicants

must

have prior experience in building or facilities maintenance. This is not an entry level position.

Required experience includes:

General building maintenance and repairs Light plumbing diagnostics and repairs Basic HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance support Electrical repairs such as outlets, switches, lighting, and fixtures Flooring work including LVP installation support and carpet removal Interior painting and patching Furniture moving and space setup Hanging shelves, wall fixtures, and signage Use of hand and power tools Exterior building maintenance and light grounds duties Strong customer service skills when working with tenants
You must be comfortable identifying problems, making repairs, and communicating clearly when issues need escalation.
