Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs and maintenance on electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems. Utilize AppFolio to track work orders and maintenance schedules. Fabricate components as necessary to ensure optimal functionality of equipment. Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively. Supervise maintenance staff as needed, providing guidance and support during projects. Execute residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic appeal of facilities. Use tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Skills

Strong background in facilities maintenance with hands-on experience in various trades. Proficient in using AppFolio for tracking maintenance activities. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Skilled in welding techniques for structural repairs or modifications. Knowledgeable in electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair methods. Experience supervising teams or projects is a plus. Familiarity with reading schematics for effective problem-solving. Competence in residential painting techniques to enhance facility appearance. Proficient use of diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter for electrical testing.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
