Maintenance Technician

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems

Maintain curb appeal at all times

Complete all maintenance requests issued in a timely manner

Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs

Ensure unit turns are timely and complete

Schedule and complete preventive maintenance for in-unit & building systems

Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside vendors

Ensure safety standards are implemented at all times

Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance calls

All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

HVAC Certification preferred

3 years+ experience in apartment maintenance or similar experience

Self-starter who is organized and efficient

Strong customer service skills

Knowledge and possession of small power tools

Frequent need to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.

Other Qualifications:

Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Valid driver's license required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
