About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to support machining and assembly operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe and reliable performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and systems
Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, CNCs, and 480V electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Use machining and welding skills to fabricate or repair components as needed
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and control diagrams
Collaborate with Engineering and Production to improve equipment reliability
Record maintenance activities and part usage in ERP systems
Qualifications:
2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience
Degree or technical certificate in a related field preferred
Experience with PLC and CNC troubleshooting
Strong mechanical, electrical, and problem-solving skills
Basic machining and welding experience
Excellent communication and documentation skills
