Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing a variety of maintenance tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining equipment, performing repairs, and ensuring safety standards are met.

Duties

Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Respond promptly to service requests from staff or management. Execute residential painting tasks as required to maintain facility aesthetics. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and vendors.

Skills

Proficiency in facilities maintenance with hands-on experience in various repair tasks.. Strong command of English for effective communication with team members and stakeholders. Familiarity with residential painting techniques and materials. Exceptional customer service skills to foster positive relationships within the workplace.
