We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep of our beautiful oceanfront resort!


This position is responsible for managing the day to day maintenance and up keep of our resort.


Responsibilities include:

Management and supervision of all elated systems and the building envelop to ensure the safety of hotel guests, associates and vendors. Ensure compliance, preventative maintenance programs and procedures, SOP's as well as all Building/Fire/Health Department codes. Prioritize service requests; schedule and monitor the service performed to ensure customer satisfaction, safety and convenience. Maintain cleanliness of public and recreation areas of resort

The ideal candidate will need to possess strong management and problem solving skills and should have some knowledge in HVAC systems management, electrical engineering and plumbing techniques.
