Position: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Complete resident work orders promptly. Complete all make-readies consistent with company standards in a timely, professional manner. Effectively maintain cleanliness of community grounds, common areas, and amenities

Qualifications:

EPA Certification (Universal or Type I & II) preferred CPO preferred Experience: 3-4 years preferred of Multi-family Maintenance experience-including HVAC Must have the ability to be on-call (in a team rotation)
