Titomic, a global leader in Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing and Kinetic Fusion(TM) technology, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support both production machinery and facility systems. This dual-focus role ensures that our manufacturing equipment operates at peak performance while also maintaining safe and reliable facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and facility systems, along with the ability to perform preventive maintenance and respond quickly to repair needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues on machines and building infrastructure.
Complete general handyman tasks including carpentry, minor concrete/patch work, door/window repairs, and basic finishes.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify issues before they escalate.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and testing to optimize performance.
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for reliable facility operations.
Document all maintenance work, including parts used, downtime, and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards, facility codes, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Manage spare parts and tools inventory, ensuring availability for both facility and machine repairs.
Coordinate with contractors or vendors for specialized facility work as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certifications preferred.
Proven experience in industrial machinery maintenance and facility system upkeep.
Demonstrated electrical troubleshooting and repair experience (AC/DC systems, control wiring, motor starters).
Demonstrated plumbing experience (piping, valves, fixtures, leak repair, basic drainage).
Practical handyman skills: carpentry, minor concrete/patch work, door/window adjustments, and general building repairs
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and building diagrams.
Proficient with tools, diagnostic equipment, and measurement devices.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety, compliance, and preventive maintenance best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree or technical training in industrial maintenance or facilities management.
Experience with automation, PLCs, or CNC machinery.
Welding, fabrication, or machining capabilities.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement processes.
Experience coordinating with contractors or vendors for specialized facility work.
Security Requirements:
U.S. citizenship without dual citizenship is required.
Must possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
