Duties & Responsibilities: general maintenance, HVAC skills, heavy plumbing, painting, general sheetrock repair & texture, troubleshooting of water heaters and appliances.

Qualifications :

Maintenance and plumbing experience required. HVAC experience a plus. Valid driver's license required. Must be willing to work on Saturdays as needed and must be willing to take after-hour calls.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
