Wellcare Pal is looking for a

Maintenance Technician

who can oversee the cleanliness and organization of both indoor and outdoor areas at our East Los Angeles location during

the morning shift

. This role also involves managing, maintaining, and tracking all company equipment and inventory to ensure everything remains in top condition and properly documented.

Schedule

: 7:00am-10:00am/11:00am daily

Compensation

: $500-$2,000 per month based on hours & experience

Job Duties and Responsibilities Include

:

Work closely with team in assisting to regulate and execute overall safety operations Performing daily safety quality assurance inspections Coordinating maintenance, repairs & parts ordering Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion. Managing inventory & operations of incoming/outgoing parts Maintain a spotless and organized environment inside and outside the facility Inspect, clean, and care for equipment and tools Accurately track and manage inventory, supplies, and parts Identify and report maintenance or repair needs promptly Uphold company standards for orderliness and attention to detail Assisting the team in ad hoc operational tasks
*This position has an opportunity for salary increase after a 90-day probation period based on employee performance.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliability and consistency in completing daily tasks Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Previous maintenance, custodial, or equipment handling experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Energetic, outgoing, rigorous Ability to manage multiple tasks at once Level-headed and personable Have reliable transportation to East Los Angeles Previous experience within the motorcoach/transportation industry is a plus

Pay: $500.00 - $2,000.00 per month
