We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician, to join our team in Lawrence, MA. The ideal candidate will possess a strong maintenance background, with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain various systems and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that our property operates efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs at residents apartment unit/home.
Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as an ohmmeter and logic controllers
Complete work orders, on calls, maintenance tasks to completion and satisfaction in a timely manner
Fabricate parts as needed to ensure equipment is operational.
Weld components when necessary to maintain structural integrity.
Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs effectively.

Experience
Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team.
Strong electrical knowledge, including experience with logic controllers.
Maintenance knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair.
HVAC certification with tools and gages - hands on experience - preferred
CPO certification preferred - hands on experience
Familiarity with schematics for various systems is essential.
