Responsibilities: maintaining and repairing interiors and exterior of buildings, lawn care & snow removal, appliance repairs, plumbing, light electrical repairs, sheetrock repairs, make readies, painting, and other maintenance work orders. Must have previous relevant experience, be familiar with tools and equipment, able to handle physical workload, be efficient, detailed and deadline oriented. HVAC certified preferred.
