Innsbrook Vacations is a premier provider of vacation rental properties within Innsbrook Resort. We strive to deliver exceptional experiences to our guests, ensuring they enjoy comfortable, clean, and well-maintained accommodations. We manage over 130 short-term vacation rental properties and are looking for dedicated team members to join our team. We're seeking a reliable and hardworking

Maintenance Technician

to support daily property operations and help maintain our units and the exceptional outdoor experience our guests expect. This hands-on, utility-style role is vital to the overall function, appearance, and safety of our vacation rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing basic maintenance tasks such as light plumbing and general handyman repairs

Troubleshooting and resolving routine maintenance issues

Conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues or potential concerns Assisting with seasonal tasks (e.g., winterizing, watercraft delivery, etc.) Deep clean and maintain grills across multiple properties Exchange propane tanks as needed Clean, organize, and flip watercrafts (kayaks, canoes, pedal boats, etc.) Empty and reset outdoor fire pits Power/soft wash decks, patios, and outdoor furniture Assemble and build miscellaneous outdoor or indoor furniture Respond to on-site operational needs as they arise

What We're Looking For:

General maintenance experience (basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.) Ability to lift and move at least 30 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed Dependability and flexibility to support weekday and weekend operations
