Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems and equipment. Identify and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs. Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property.

Required Skills
