What this job involves \xe2\x80\x93 The Lead Facilities Coordinator supports the JLL Facilities Manager to deliver facilities services performed at the assigned location. The Lead Facilities Coordinator assists with the scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources required in the delivery of service. This role also has strong client facing responsibilities and coordinates client requirements and schedules to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

What is your day to day?

• Provide support to Facilities Management to ensure all safety, GxP, and other compliance requirements are met in execution of all work.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing a seamless interface to site clients through coordination site requirements and scheduling.
• Responsible to track work requests, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take steps to identify and resolve sub-standard or negative feedback.
• Provide support for safety, GxP and other compliance requirements.
• Recommend solutions and implement appropriate corrective actions for maintenance and operational issues.
• This is a collaborative role as part of a team, where assignments are received in the form of results expected, due dates and general procedures to be followed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with JLL Site Team, client management, client staff, and service partners.

WORK SHIFT

• First shift on-site position. Shift starts at 8:30 AM
• Essential employee. Required to be available by phone off hours.
• Not expected to work weekends

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• Five years of Facility Management or Building Operations experience.
• Superior customer service, team player who builds and maintains relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
• Effective use of technology and tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Valid Driver\'s License

Preferred

• Three years of experience in a supervision, budgeting, vendor management, operations, and/or maintenance.
• Previous experience working in life sciences GxP environment desired.
