Maintenance Technician II - Food Manufacturing | $29-$34/hr | Henderson, NV

We're seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to handle troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of production equipment in a clean, safety-driven, and high-volume food manufacturing environment.

Pay:

$29.00 - $34.00 per hour (based on experience)

Location:

Henderson, NV

Schedule:

Tuesday - Saturday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | Overtime as needed

What You'll Do:

o

Perform preventive, reactive, and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment.



o

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.



o

Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.



o

Conduct routine inspections and log all maintenance activities.



o

Perform light fabrication, plumbing, and general facility repairs.



o

Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.



o

Maintain a clean, organized workspace following 5S and GMP standards.



o

Follow all FDA, GMP, OSHA, and company safety procedures (including lockout/tagout).

What You Bring:

o

5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or production required.



o

Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.



o

Experience with conveyors, automation systems, and PLCs preferred.



o

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.



o

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.



o

Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and self-motivated.



o

Ability to work variable hours or weekends as needed.

Work Environment:

o

Food manufacturing facility (exposure to wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens).



o

Must wear PPE and follow all plant safety rules.



o

Standing, lifting, and working in changing temperatures required.
