We are looking for a Maintenance Technician I to join our Lebanon,TN team. In this role, you\'ll work to maintain machinery to ensure safety and productivity in the workplace. In our collaborative and team-oriented environment, your ability to diagnose and spearhead improvements will help us all reach our safety and productivity goals.

Location & Hours: 625 Maddox Simpson Parkway Lebanon, Tennessee

This shift is scheduled for 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM, Wednesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities:

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Ensure Department Safety. Responsible for following all safety guidelines. With a strong emphasis on: Lock-out Tag-out, Fall protection, and OSHA compliance. Detect safety hazards and plan/organize safe solutions.
• Maintain Knowledge of Equipment. Obtain and maintain powered industrial vehicle (PIV) licenses to operate all PIV equipment associated with the warehouse within 90 days of employment.
• Perform Repairs and Ground Maintenance. Ensure all equipment and building areas are clean and fully operable.
• Develop Partnerships. Ability to build relationships to connect with vendors and DC leader. Maintain a customer service mindset.

Qualifications:

Qualifications that make you the perfect fit!

• 1-3 years of previous facilities maintenance or maintenance technician experience preferred
• Mechanical and general building maintenance skills, required.
• Basic working knowledge and preventative of mechanical and electrical systems, required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, required
