A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician
As a
Maintenance Technician
, you play a vital role in keeping the property in an attractive, safe, and functional condition. You will: Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management
HVAC and EPA certification
Ability to be available for "on-call" emergencies 24/7
Valid driver's license
